We are excited to say that we will be reopening May 5th! It will be so nice to see all your masked faces.
In order to maintain health regulations and keep you and your families safe there will be several changes that need to be made.
For the safety of you and your family we will continue our rigorous disenfecting and cleaning between guests and shifts. Darcy and I will also be wearing masks and gloves when necessary. Any product you purchase will be swanitized before you take it home.
For the safety of other clients and ourselves we ask that you follow these new guidelines.
Wear a mask to your appointment
Wait in your car until given the signal to enter the salon
1 parent to 1 child in the salon
Please pay with credit card or prepay
You will be required to answer some health questions before starting the appointment
What if I feel sick?
Please cancel your appointment immediately.
Will I be charged a fee for canceling?
No you will not be charged a fee for canceling during this time. Our main focus is caring for you and doing what we can to help stop the spread of this virus.
I'm not sick but someone in my household is. What should I do?
Please cancel your appointment and reschedule for 14 days later.
What symptoms should I look for?
Fever, cough, shortness of breathe, or any other flu like symptoms.
I've been traveling or may have come into contact with someone who was sick.
Please reschedule your appointment. As per CDC recommendations we will schedule you 2 weeks later.
I can not come to my appointment alone.
Call and reschedule for a time you can come alone.
What if Darcy or Kayla get sick?
All appointments will be canceled and rescheduled at a later date. We will mainly be communicating through email to be more efficient.
What if I don't have a mask?
One will be provided for you
What if I only have cash?
Cash will not be accepted for the time being please find a prepaid card or write a check
How do I bring all of my children for an appointment?
! parent will be allowed into the salon with 1 child. Every time you leave the salon All the same procedures will have to be addressed.
Can my child come in alone?
Absolutely. An invoice can be created and you can pay from the car.
