COVID- 19 Update

The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) provides the most up-to-date and reliable information on COVID-19, including information on recognizing symptoms, caring for yourself and others, cleaning recommendations, travel and much more here.

New guidelines 

It has been wonderful to see your support for us. We really appreciate you continuing to follow the guidelines.

In order to maintain health regulations and keep you and your families safe we ask that you continue to follow a few rules.

For the safety of you and your family we will continue our rigorous disinfecting and cleaning between guests and shifts. Darcy and I will also be wearing masks and gloves when necessary. Any product you purchase will be sanitized before you take it home. 

For the safety of other clients and ourselves we ask that you follow these guidelines. 

  • Wear a mask to your appointment

  • Social Distance when your in the salon

  • 1 parent to 1 child in the salon

  • You will be required to answer some health questions before starting the appointment

FAQS

What if I feel sick?

  • Please cancel your appointment immediately.

Will I be charged a fee for canceling?​

  • No you will not be charged a fee for canceling during this time. Our main focus is caring for you and doing what we can to help stop the spread of this virus.

I'm not sick but someone in my household is. What should I do?​

  • Please cancel your appointment and reschedule for 14 days later.

What symptoms should I look for?​

  • Fever, cough, shortness of breathe, or any other flu like symptoms. 

I've been traveling or may have come into contact with someone who was sick.​

  • Please reschedule your appointment. As per CDC recommendations we will schedule you 2 weeks later.​

What if Darcy or Kayla get sick?

  • All appointments will be canceled and rescheduled at a later date. We will mainly be communicating through email to be more efficient.​​

 
What if I don't have a mask?
  • One will be provided for you
How do I bring all of my children for an appointment?
  • ! parent will be allowed into the salon with 1 child. Every time you leave the salon All the same procedures will have to be addressed. 
Can my child come in alone?
  • Absolutely. An invoice can be created and you can pay from the car.
