Please cancel your appointment immediately. ​ ​ Will I be charged a fee for canceling?​ No you will not be charged a fee for canceling due to sickness or quarantine. Our main focus is caring for you and doing what we can to help stop the spread of this virus. ​ ​ I'm not sick but someone in my household is. What should I do?​ Please cancel your appointment and reschedule for 14 days later. ​ ​ What symptoms should I look for?​ Fever, cough, shortness of breathe, or any other flu like symptoms. ​ ​ I've been traveling or may have come into contact with someone who was sick.​ Please reschedule your appointment. As per CDC recommendations we will schedule you 2 weeks later.​ ​ ​ What if Darcy or Kayla get sick? All appointments will be canceled and rescheduled at a later date. We will mainly be communicating through email to be more efficient.​​ What if I don't feel comfortable without a mask? Your stylist will gladly put on a mask for your appointment. ​ How do I bring all of my children for an appointment? Everyone is allowed in the salon at the same time. I attended cosmetology school after graduation, and even went on to earn my instructor’s license and taught for several years. Small town life kept calling, and I found myself back in my hometown. My husband and I live on a farm and have two grown boys. I am incredibly blessed because they have both chosen careers that brought them back to Arapahoe after college. I love coffee, in fact it's probably a good thing there isn’t a Starbucks in town! I’m a country music fan and I love Hallmark movies, but who doesn’t? An evening on the deck with girlfriends and a glass of wine is pretty much perfect. Age is just a number, for sure! And I love helping women find a look that makes them feel beautiful and fearless. When you first arrive you'll be greeted with a warm welcome your choice of beverage. We'll ask you to answer a few questions to help Kayla or Darcy get to know you better before your service begins. ​ After this you will sit down in your chair and we'll walk you through a full consultation. We will ask additional questions about your hair and lifestyle. These additional questions will help us answer the question of what you want today and what result you expect to leave with. ​ During the consultation we will go through the cost of your dream hair and then narrow it down to what we will do to start and where we will go in future appointments. ​ Now, let's begin! With your beverage in hand, now is the time for you to relax even further as we begin. ​ Once the service has finished you may be asked to participate in a little photo shoot. The photo shoot gives us great material to share on our social media pages. These are completely voluntary. Your participation is highly appreciated. ​ Before checking out we will go back through products we used on your hair and how to take care of the hair and style at home. Here you will have the opportunity to purchase any products you desire. Salon Etiquette Service Re-do & Retail We strive to offer our guests with the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color please let us know within 7 Days of your visit. We will be glad to make any corrections with no additional charges. ​ If you make a retail purchase and are unhappy with it, an exchange or salon credit will be available if made within 20 days of the initial purchase. Future Appointments & Cancellations In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests we kindly request that if you find that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment that it be taken care of 48 Hours in advance. ​ Should you cancel in less than 24 hours a $15 fee for each service canceled will be assessed and invoiced to you. This fee will have to be taken care of before your next appointment. ​ Should you be 15 minutes late for your appointment a $10 fee will be added to your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late the cancelation fee will be charged and you will need to reschedule your appointment. ​ We really appreciate your cooperation in these policies. They help keep the salon running smoothly so we are able to give the highest service to each and everyone of our guests.
